Today I decided to try something new and make my own naan bread to accompany my vegetarian curry. Neither recipes were my own, however I will share the links below as they were both delicious! The curry is mild enough that I could even blend it to a smooth paste so my 7 month old could enjoy it.
Day 12 Menu
Breakfast: Banana Porridge
Lunch: Vegetable Soup
Dinner: Coconut & Lentil Curry with Homemade Naan Bread (curry recipe here, naan recipe here)
The only thing I will say about the naan recipe is that I found I needed a lot more flour than stated as the dough was very loose & sticky so was tricky to roll out.
