Day 10 and 11: Taking It Easy

We’ve been taking it easy over the last couple of days with simple, quick to prepare food.

Day 10 Menu

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs & Baked Beans on Seeded Toast

Lunch: Cheese Sandwich

Dinner: Smoked Cod with Roast New Potatoes & Steamed Vegetables

Day 11 Menu

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs & Baked Beans on Seeded Toast

Lunch: Jacket Potato with Cheese & Beans

Dinner: Vegetarian Sausage & Mash with Homemade Yorkshire Puddings

Tomorrow we will be back with a new recipe (and hopefully it will be a success), so stay tuned!
